- Employee & Identity Data: Name, work email, phone, job title, department, and assigned organizational role.
- Verified Geolocation & Attendance: Client device GPS coordinates and public ISP IP addresses captured strictly during clock-in/clock-out events.
- Desktop Tracker Metrics: Active work minutes, task breaks, and periodic heartbeat signals to verify task engagement.
- Payroll & Financial Information: Base salary, custom tax slabs, allowance allocations, bonus multipliers, and bank account titles.
3. How We Use Information
Data is processed solely for the legitimate operational purposes of your employer: calculating accurate compensation, managing sprint tasks, facilitating internal video meetings, verifying workforce presence, and enforcing zero-trust access control.
4. Data Protection & Zero-Trust Security
All database records are protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Authentication supports WebAuthn biometric passkeys and TOTP two-factor verification. We enforce strict multi-tenant tenant isolation to ensure no cross-company data visibility.
